Reminders are not arriving

Open Settings, then Reminders. If notifications are off, the first row takes you to the fix. Refresh reminders rebuilds the next week of them.

Restoring a purchase

Open Settings, tap See Premium, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Cancelling Premium

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your records stay on your phone, and you can always export them for free.

Backups and moving to a new phone

Open Settings, then Backup & my data. Cloud backup is encrypted with your recovery code, which only you hold. We cannot read your backup, and we cannot replace a lost code, so keep it somewhere safe. A photo of a medicine stays on the phone that took it.
